1. What types of doors do you sell?
We offer a wide range of doors, including front entry doors, interior doors, sliding barn doors, French doors, pivot doors, and custom options designed to fit your home’s style.
2. Do you offer custom sizes or finishes?
Yes! Many of our doors can be customized in size, finish, glass options, and hardware. For details, email us at DoorDirectly@gmail.com.
3. How long does shipping take?
In-stock doors usually ship within 5 business days.
Custom or made-to-order doors vary depending on production time. Estimated ship dates will be provided in your order confirmation.
4. How are doors delivered?
Most doors are shipped via LTL freight on a pallet for safe transport. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery is curbside only—please arrange assistance to move the door inside your home.
5. What should I do when my door arrives?
Inspect your shipment carefully before signing for delivery. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery slip and take photos. Report any damages to DoorDirectly@gmail.com within 24 hours so we can process a claim.
6. Do you accept returns?
Yes, but only on standard, unused, and uninstalled products within 15 days of delivery. Custom doors, made-to-order doors, and clearance items are non-returnable. Return shipping and restocking fees may apply.
7. Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Currently, we ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Limited shipping to Canada may be available—please email us to check availability and costs.
8. Do you provide installation services?
We do not provide installation, but we recommend working with a licensed contractor or carpenter for best results.
9. Do you offer interior design services?
